Reporting
We offer
a reporting process for Operation Inasmuch to fulfill
2 needs:
- To facilitate the gathering of metrics in order
for church leaders to report the full results of their
experience with Operation Inasmuch
- To provide a congregation's metrics for the national
Inasmuch ministry.
The Report Forms listed below are provided for your
use in gathering accurate data and stories about your
Inasmuch event. These documents are meant to work
together. Download the two documents and merely
follow the instructions.
The first document offers a brief explanation
of this process and instructions as to how to report
on Inasmuch
The second document is for the primary person
coordinating your Inasmuch event and as a means of
gathering data on each of your Inasmuch projects.
We ask that you provide a copy of the completed Church
Reporting Form to the national office of Operation Inasmuch,
Inc. at the following address: 4815 Santa Monica
Rd., Knoxville, TN 37918. In
return, your church will receive an official Certificate
of Participation suitable for framing.
