Citywide Events
Once Operation
Inasmuch is done by a congregation in a community, it
usually spreads to other congregations in that community.
Frequently, congregations of various sizes, races
and denominations conduct an Inasmuch event simultaneously.
In fact. Inasmuch is becoming one of the most inter-denominational
events in the nation.
Some of the
communities where citywide events have been conducted
are Fayetteville, NC, Murfreesboro, TN, Huntsville,
AL, Morganton, NC and Knoxville, TN.
The event
in Knoxville is called Serving Knoxville As One.
It is an expansion of Inasmuch involving 33 congregations,
3 student groups, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Knoxville.
As many as 3000 volunteers are expected to participate
in the Nov 1, 2008 event. To learn more about
